Joe Huntsman is a Hamblen County Commissioner. He and his wife Jean and their family have lived in Morristown since 1967. Joe has been involved in the Hamblen County community in a variety of ways. He has owned and operated many types of businesses in Morristown most notably working as a pharmacist in the area for the past 55 years. He also has served in a variety of community organizations. Joe and Jean are lifelong members of First Baptist Church where Joe was appointed as a deacon of the church in 1983. In 2013, Joe was elected as a Hamblen County commissioner and is currently serving his third term in that position. Joe is an avid believer in and supporter of the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. He raised his family hunting and shooting in the local mountains and is proud to support organizations who uphold and strengthen our 2nd Amendment rights.
